The event includes a forty-minute cooking demonstration by Chef Medrano and lecture on Texas-Mexican cuisine; a tasting will follow the presentation, and attendees will have the opportunity to purchase a signed copy of the Chef’s cookbook, also titled Truly Texas Mexican.
